A couple of years ago I decided to stop watching the news. So I don’t. I almost don’t do social media anymore, by that I mean I don’t open any of the apps and start scrolling down the timelines, I barely have any social media app on my phone anyways only the ones I need to work. James Clear illustrates why you should do so too.

This is a book I got introduced to a couple of years ago when I was getting a formal education on how to start technology businesses.

But actually running a business and going back to it, brings it to life.
