2017 review; Lets rock 2018

2017 ended almost a month ago…

I reviewed and planned for 2018

I’ve always been an uber productivity guy

In 2017 I took it up the notch

and documented my goals with metrics

used documents to manage it segment

I had goals for 7 segment of my life

all tallying up and lending a hand to what I call my “7 pillars of salt”

I’m a super believer in purpose …

in summary

I aced 70% of my goals

I didn’t get married

I fired a co-founder

I returned $50k investment

I left the African shore for the first time

I cooked my first egusi soup

I made out with an Emirati

I read 21 books

I fasted for 3 months

I got through 87% of my bible

I asked 2 women out

I gave my biggest sum yet

I learnt how to recruit a team without money

I learnt how to sell a vision

I learnt how not to apply for a German Visa

I learnt how not to fall in love

I learnt “fuck yes or no” (https://markmanson.net/fuck-yes)

I am super grateful for 2017

In 2018

I’m going to be more mindful

I’m going to drive for product market fit for my company

I’m going to read a lot more (104 books at least)

I’m going to be an asset to my relationships

I’m going to help 5 people start their businesses

I’m going to help friends be more productive

I’m going to eat more

I’m going to write more

Here are the tools I used to put clarity to my execution …
